摘要
针对GB/T30028-2013《电动葫芦能效测试方法》中电动葫芦能效的测试工况进行了研究,重点介绍了该标准规定的关于试验载荷的弊端和试验过程存在的安全隐患,通过现场改变试验载荷进行实物测试,得出了轻载情况下测试能效值偏低,重载情况下测试能效值较高,试验载荷在不低于50%额定载荷情况下电动葫芦能效测试结果与额定载荷情况下测试相当的结论。为降低测试载荷,放宽测试条件提供了理论依据,可有效提高测试效率和安全性。
        GB / T30028- 2013 energy efficiency test methods for electrical hoists has been issued in March,2014. In the standard electric hoists efficiency is tested at rated load. However,in many cases,rated load is difficult to meet and unsafe.In this paper,different load are used to test energy efficiency,we found that under light load condition the energy efficiency is lower,and under the heavy load the energy efficiency is higher. Finally,we draw a conclusion that in no less than 50% of the rated load,the energy efficiency is approximately equal to that in rated load. We provided a basis for reducing the test load and relaxing the test conditions.
