摘要
介绍了离心压缩机叶轮内部流道分离损失理论及影响参数,针对相应的参数模拟了工况下的流道分离损失曲线图,分析其离散点的发生,并对变工况下的流量和转速对流道分离损失的影响做了量化说明,以期调整流道分离损失度,提高压缩机效率。
This paper introduces the theory of flow channel separation loss in centrifugal compressor impeller and its influence parameters. According to the corresponding parameters, the flow channel separation loss curve under working condition is simulated, and the occurrence of discrete points is analyzed. The influence of flow rate and rotational speed on the separation loss of flow channel is explained quantitatively in order to adjust the loss degree of flow channel separation and improve the efficiency of compressor.
