摘要
以多官能团单体为原料,由溶液缩聚法合成了阳离子凝胶并将其负载于棉纱制备了凝胶-棉纱复合吸附滤芯。通过静态和动态吸附实验分别研究了凝胶和滤芯对水中阴离子表面活性剂十二烷基苯磺酸钠(SDBS)的吸附行为并探讨了吸附机理。研究表明,吸附作用主要基于凝胶与SDBS间静电引力和氢键作用,吸附过程主要由凝胶内扩散吸附行为主导,其平衡吸附量可达850 mg/g以上。溶液pH和NaCl含量等环境因素对吸附效果有显著影响。将凝胶负载于棉纱制备的复合吸附滤芯可较好地适应其内扩散吸附的行为特点,达到穿透、衰竭时对应的凝胶单位吸附量分别为285.9、562.2 mg/g。较高的动态饱和吸附量和简便的制备工艺使其具有潜在工业应用价值。
        A cationic hydrogel adsorbent was prepared by solution polycondensation using multifunctional monomer as raw materials, which was thereafter loaded on cotton gauze to prepare hydrogel-gauze composite adsorption filter. The adsorption behavior and mechanism of anionic surfactant sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate(SDBS) from aqueous solution by hydrogel and filter were investigated via batch and column experiments, respectively.Experimental results showed that the adsorption was attributed to a combination of electrostatic attraction and hydrogen bonding between hydrogel and SDBS. The process was mainly controlled by intra-hydrogel diffusion adsorption and the equilibrium adsorption amount was higher than 850 mg/g.Moreover, the efficiency was greatly affected by solution pH and Na Cl content. Composite filter prepared by hydrogel-loaded cotton gauze was suitable for this adsorption behavior. The amount of adsorbed SDBS per gram of hydrogel at breakthrough and bed exhaustion was 285.9, 562.2 mg/g, respectively.The high adsorption capacity and facile preparation process gave it a potential utility value for industrial application.
