宁夏春小麦品种条锈病抗性分析

摘要
条锈病是小麦的重要病害,是影响西北春麦区小麦品种示范推广的重要因素。为了明确宁夏春小麦品种的条锈病抗性特点,将96份宁夏春小麦品种(系)在甘肃农科院条锈病研究基地(甘肃省天水市清水县)种植,鉴定其条锈病抗性。结果表明,参试材料中表现抗病(IT:0~2)的材料有39个,占40.6%;其中免疫或近免疫(IT:0~0;)的材料有4个,分别是白芒春麦、宁春10号、宁春27号和宁春45号,占4.2%;表现为感病(IT:3~4)材料有57个,占59.4%。宁夏春小麦中,地方品种的条锈病抗性明显优于育成品种和引进品种,山区品种抗性优于灌区品种。宁夏小麦抗锈病育种应该加大对地方品种和山区品种所蕴含抗条锈病基因发掘与利用的力度。试验筛选出了部分抗病品种,可作为今后宁夏小麦抗锈病育种的重要抗源。
        Wheat stripe rust is one of the most destructive diseases, which severely impacts wheat cultivar demonstration and extension in north-west spring wheat region. In order to know its resistance characteristics, 96 spring wheat cultivars from Ningxia were planted in research base of Gansu Academy of Agricultural Sciences located in Qingshui County, Tianshui City.The result showed that there were 39 samples featured with resistance(IT:0 ~2), covering 40.6% and 4 featured with immunity or nearly immunity(IT:0~0;)covering 4.2%, respectively were meadowfoam spring wheat, Ningchun No.10, No.27 and No.45. There were 57 samples featured with sensitivity covering 59.4%. The resistance of local cultivar was significantly better than improved and introduced cultivars, and mountain cultivar was better than that of irrigation area. The genes of local and mountain cultivars should be greatly explored and utilized. Some disease-resistant cultivars were screened to be important antigens to wheat cultivar resistance to stripe rust in Ningxia in the future.
