城市社区认同现状及重塑路径研究

摘要
城镇化带来了大规模的人口流动,传统意义的同质性社区被现代异质性社区所取代,社区认同需要重新被塑造。通过对城市社区认同基本情况的调查以及基于二元逻辑回归分析了个性特征对社区认同影响,得出社区已经成为我国居民生活的重要空间,但总体的社区认同并不高,公民素养影响了社区参与的意识和能力,人口的流动削弱了居民之间的沟通交往,社区服务质量影响了社区认同,在此基础上提出要通过调动积极分子,实现社区多元治理;提升公民素养,提高社区参与的意识和能力;有序推进流动人口的市民化,探索城市居民交往新途径;加强社区自身建设,提升社区的服务质量来重塑我国城市社区认同。
The urbanization has brought the massive population flow and the traditional meaning of the homogeneous community replaced by modern heterogeneity of community and community identity need to be molded. According to the survey of the basic conditions of urban community identity investigation and the influence of personality traits of community identity basing on the binary logistic regression analysis,it is concluded that the community residents in our country has become the important space of life but the overall community identity is not high,and the national quality affects the consciousness and the ability of community participation,then,the flow of the population weakened the communication between the residents and community service quality affect the community identity. It has been put forward that realize community diversity management by activists; Improve community participation consciousness and ability through civic literacy; To promote peasant's transformation of the floating population orderly and explore new ways of city residents exchanges; To strengthen the construction of the community itself and improve the quality of service of the community to reshape the our country city community identity.
