住院空巢老年人孤独感的心理护理干预效果评价

摘要
目的:观察心理护理干预对改善住院空巢老年人孤独感的效果。方法:用孤独量表(UCLA)对2017年1月至2018年12月入住广西重阳老年公寓的老年人进行测评,选取有不同程度孤独感的老年人120例为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组各60例。对照组老年人采用常规照护,观察组老年人在常规照护的基础上给予心理护理干预,分别于干预前后给予孤独量表(UCLA)测评和老年人的满意度调查,比较两组老年人的孤独感和满意度情况。结果:心理护理干预后观察组老年人的UCLA评分较干预前下降,高于对照组(P<0. 05);满意度调查结果显示观察组满意度为98. 8%,对照组为89. 6%,差异具有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论:心理护理干预对住院空巢老年人的孤独感有改善作用,同时能提高住院老年人的满意度。
Purpose To observe the effect of psychological nursing intervention on the isolation of elderly patients in empty nest. Method The loneliness scale( UCLA) was used to evaluate the elderly living in the elderly apartment in Chongyang, Guangxi from January 2017 to December 2018. 120 elderly people with different degrees of loneliness were selected as the subjects of study. They were randomly divided into control groups and observation groups. 60 cases.The elderly in the control group used conventional care, and the elderly in the observation group gave psychological care intervention on the basis of routine care. They gave loneliness scale( UCLA) assessment before and after intervention and the satisfaction survey of the elderly, and compared the loneliness and satisfaction of the two groups of elderly people.Result The UCLA score was lower in the observation group after psychological care intervention than in the control group( P < 0. 05). The results of the satisfaction survey showed that the observer group's satisfaction rate was 98. 8 %, The control group was 89. 6 %, The difference is statistically significant( P < 0. 05). Conclusion Psychological nursing intervention can improve the loneliness of the elderly in empty nest, and improve the satisfaction of the elderly in hospital.
