摘要
利用Factsage软件计算了Al_2O_3含量对CaO-SiO_2-Al_2O_3-Fe_2O_3四元渣系熔点和黏度的影响,并通过实验研究了在1 400℃时,CaO-SiO_2-Al_2O_3-Fe_2O_3四元渣系对高磷铁水脱磷行为的影响。结果表明:渣中Al_2O_3的质量分数在3%~6%之间时,随着Al_2O_3含量的增加,渣系的熔化温度迅速降低,进一步增加渣中的Al_2O_3含量,渣系的熔化温度逐渐增加;Al_2O_3对CaO-SiO_2-Al_2O_3-Fe_2O_3渣系的黏度影响不大;渣中Al_2O_3的质量分数在3%~6%之间变化时,渣系脱磷能力变化不是很大,脱磷率维持在91%左右,进一步增加渣系中Al_2O_3的量,脱磷率逐渐下降;Al_2O_3对脱磷率产生影响可能是其改变了炉渣中液相所占比例,进而影响磷从铁水中向液相渣的传质过程。
        The effect of Al_2O_3 content on CaO-SiO_2-Al_2O_3-Fe_2O_3 slag quaternary system slag melting point and viscosity was calculated by Factsage software,and the effect of CaO-SiO_2-Al_2O_3-Fe_2O_3 slag system on the dephosphorization behavior of high phosphorus hot metal was studied by experiment at 1 400℃.The results show that when the Al_2O_3 content varies from 3%to 6%,the slag melting point decreases rapidly with the increase of Al_2O_3 content,but with further increase of Al_2O_3 content in slag,the slag melting point increases gradually.The Al_2O_3 content has little effect on the viscosity of CaO-SiO_2-Al_2O_3-Fe_2O_3 slag.When the Al_2O_3 content varied from 3%to 6%,the slag dephosphorization ability changes little,and dephosphorization rate remains at about 91%,but dephosphorization ability decreases gradually with the further increase of Al_2O_3 content.The Al_2O_3 content maybe affect the slag dephosphorization ability by changing the liquid phase proportion of slag,thereby affecting the mass transfer of phosphorus from hot metal to liquid slag.
