摘要
304和201牌号的不锈钢仅从外观难以识别,本文介绍一种化学分析方法快速识别304和201不锈钢。将二水氯化铜、β-丙氨酸、浓盐酸按不同配比配制成不同识别剂,通过比较识别效果,最终确认以上三种试剂最佳物质的量之比为3:2:4.8。通过对实际产品进行验证,确认此识别剂是有效的。
The 304 and 201 grades of stainless steel are very difficult to identify only from the appearance,this article describes a chemical analysis method to quickly identify 304 and 201 stainless steel. The copper chloride dihydrate,β-alanine and concentrated hydrochloric acid were prepared into different identification agents according to different ratios. By comparing the recognition effects,the ratio of the optimal substances of the above three reagents was finally confirmed to be3:2:4.8. Confirm that the identification agent is valid by verifying the actual product.
