摘要

废矿物油来源十分广泛,产生量极大,其中包含的环芳烃、重金属类物质对环境污染的隐患十分严重。但废矿物油也极具资源回收利用价值,将其进行回收再利用是十分必要的。因此本文就废矿物油收集利用与环境监管对策展开相关论述。
        Waste mineral oil has a wide range of sources and a large amount of production,including cycloaromatic hydrocarbons and heavy metals,which have a serious potential for environmental pollution. However,waste mineral oil is also of great value in resource recovery and reuse,so it is very necessary to recycle and reuse it. Therefore,this paper discusses the collection and utilization of waste mineral oil and the Countermeasures of environmental supervision.
