压裂液作用下致密砂岩储层应力敏感性研究

摘要
以陇东地区M油田长8储层为研究对象,评价压裂液浸泡对致密储层应力敏感性的影响。结果表明,干燥基块岩心存在弱~中等偏弱的应力敏感性,加压后再卸压,渗透率不能完全恢复,损害率为19%~22.6%;裂缝岩样存在中等偏强~强应力敏感性,渗透率基本不可恢复,平均损害率为97%。压裂液浸泡后,应力敏感性整体强于压裂液未作用前,基块的应力敏感性为中等偏强,裂缝岩样的应力敏感性为强;卸载后,裂缝岩样渗透率损害依然显著。压裂液浸泡会使岩石强度降低,压裂液作用下致密砂岩储层渗透率下降的原因除应力敏感性损害外,还有天然裂缝与水力裂缝堵塞、压裂液残渣损害及润湿性反转等引发的损害等。因此建议尽量缩短压裂液作用时间,研发低伤害性能的压裂液。
        Based on Chang 8 reservoir of M oilfield in Longdong,the stress sensitivity of tight reservoir under the soak of fracturing fluid is evaluated.The results showed the dry matrix core had weak to moderate weak stress sensitivity,and the permeability can not be completely recovered after load relieved with the damage rate of 19% ~ 22.6%.The fractured rock samples had moderate strong to strong stress sensitivity,and the permeability was basically unrecoverable with the average damage rate of 97%.The stress sensitivity of the matrix core and the fractured cores were moderately strong and strong respectively after soaked in fracturing fluid;after unloading,the permeability damage in fractured rock was still significant.Fracturing fluid acting on crack for long time will weaken the strength of rock and increase the chance of stress sensitivity.The reason for damage included stress sensitivity,damage caused by solid plugging,the residual content in fracturing fluid and wettability alteration.It suggests to shorten the fracturing time and develop fracturing fluid with low damage.
