摘要
在配制农田灌溉首部沉沙池的泥沙试验中,仿真稳定供料系统即螺旋输送机是保证含沙量稳定的关键装置。开展螺旋输送机水平输送的单因素试验和正交试验研究。通过研究螺旋叶片转速、填充开度(填充系数)等单因素物理量,分析螺旋输送机工作效率并确定最优控制方案。单因素试验结果表明:螺旋叶片转速、填充开度(填充系数)为稳定输送的主要影响因素,随着螺旋叶片转速的增加稳定时间在减少;在稳定过程中开度增加则出料比较均匀。正交实验结果表明:单因素对输送量的影响最大的是填充开度(填充系数),其次是螺旋叶片转速;单因素对稳定输送影响最大的是螺旋叶片转速,其次是填充开度(填充系数)。根据正交试验结果,采用综合平衡法得出最佳组合是A4B5,其螺旋转速是67.5r/min,开度是15mm,平衡时间是563.9s,平衡出料量是3.258kg。
In the sediment test of the first sedimentation basin in the preparation of farmland irrigation.The simulation of stable feeding system,namely screw conveyor,is the key device to ensure the stability of sediment concentration.The single factor test and orthogonal test of horizontal conveying of screw conveyor are carried out in this paper.The single factor physical quantities of screw blade speed,filling opening(filling coefficient)are studied,the efficiency of screw conveyor is analyzed and the optimal control scheme is determined.The results of single factor test showed that:spiral blade speed,fill opening(fill factor)the main reason for stable transportation.With the increase of helical blade speed,the stability time decreases;In the stable process,the opening increases,the material is even.The results of orthogonal experiments show that:the opening factor(filling factor)is the most influential factor on the conveying capacity,then screw blade speed;The spiral blade speed is the most important factor influencing the steady transportation,then fill the opening(fill factor).According to the orthogonal test results.The integrated balance method to get the best combination is A4 B5.The resulting screw speedis 67.5 r/min,openingis 15 mm,balance timeis 563.9 s,balance the amount of material 3.258 kg.
