摘要

通过对非煤矿山安全生产督导检查查出问题和隐患的剖析,从承包单位层面、发包单位层面和政府监管层面出发,查找分析了我国非煤矿山外包工程安全管理工作中存在的主要问题,基于管理角度提出了解决问题的对策与建议,以促进非煤矿山外包工程安全管理水平的整体提升。
        Through the analysis of the problems and hidden dangers of non-coal mine safety production supervision and inspection,from the level of contractor,contract out and government supervision,the main problems in the safety management of non-coal mine outsourcing projects in China are analyzed,based on the management perspective proposes countermeasures and suggestions to solve the problem,so as to promote the overall improvement of the safety management level of non-coal mine outsourcing projects.
