摘要
以某矿井为例,利用KJ360矿用电力监控系统,将井下变电所高低压开关进行改造,利用电力监控分站将各高低压开关纳入光纤环网,并将信号上传至地面电力监控系统,建立矿井变电所无人值守监测监控系统,能够在地面调度中心集中监控井下变电所的运行工况,同时发生故障时能够及时发现故障位置,缩短故障排查和恢复供电的时间,提高了井下供电可靠性,实现了变电所无人值守,为实现全矿井自动化奠定了基础。
Taking a mine as an example,the KJ360 mine power monitoring system is introduced to transform the high and low voltage switches of the underground power substation,and the operation data of switches is incorporated into the fiber ring network by the power monitoring substation,and the signals is uploaded to the ground power monitoring system. The establishment of an unattended monitoring system can centrally monitor the operating conditions of underground substations in the surface dispatch center,and simultaneously positioning the fault point in time of needs,shortening the time for restoring power supply,and improving the reliability of underground power supply,laying a foundation for smart coal mine construction.
