摘要
以乌东德水电站泥石流沟花山沟为研究对象,建立并实时监测降水、泥位、孔压、含水、振动等泥石流监测预警指标,同时可视化监控泥石流产生运动过程,形成以临界雨量分级预警和泥石流发生趋势预测模型分析为主,物源移动及全天候视频远程监控为辅,集自动警报、应急指挥于一体的水电工程泥石流灾害综合监测预警技术体系,实现了泥石流灾害的全面监测、动态感知、综合分析和应急处置。
        A comprehensive monitoring and early warning system for debris flow in Huashangou Gully in Wudongde Hydropower Station is developed, in which the real-time monitoring of early warning indicators of debris flow such as precipitation, mud depth, pore pressure, water content and vibration, and visual monitoring of the debris flow movement are realized. The system is mainly based on a graded warning scheme of critical rainfall and a debris flow occurrence prediction model, and supplemented with source movement monitoring and all-weather video remote monitoring. With this integrated system of automatic warning and emergency response, the overall monitoring, dynamic perception, comprehensive analysis and emergency response of debris flow disasters are achieved.
