直接复合制备水泥窑用轻重复合硅莫砖研究

摘要
为简化水泥窑用轻重复合硅莫砖的生产工艺,以高铝矾土、碳化硅、黏土为原料制备硅莫砖本体料,分别加入16%、22%和28%(w)的3~1 mm轻质莫来石球替代同粒度的高铝矾土制备复合层料,在此基础上将复合层料中碳化硅加入量(w)由12%分别降至6%、3%和0,采用本体料和复合层料直接复合成型、烧成的工艺制备轻重复合硅莫砖,并研究轻质莫来石球和碳化硅加入量对轻重复合硅莫砖性能和显微结构的影响。结果表明:当复合层中轻质莫来石球加入量为22%(w)时,与本体有较好的匹配性,复合结构稳定,复合试样的性能较好;复合层与本体的碳化硅加入量差值过大则不利于复合界面的结合强度,本试验中复合层与本体的碳化硅加入量差值在6%(w)左右为宜。
        In order to simplify the production process of light-heavy-weight composite Si C-mullite bricks used in cement kiln,the Si C-mullite bodies were prepared using high alumina bauxite,Si C and clay as raw materials. The composite layer materials were prepared by adding 16%,22%,and 28%( by mass) light-weight mullite balls( 3-1 mm) respectively to replace high alumina bauxite with the same particle sizes,and reducing the Si C addition from 12% to 6%,3%,and 0( by mass),respectively. The light-heavy-weight composite Si C-mullite brick was prepared by directly composite molding the body materials and composite layer materials and firing. Effect of the additions of light-weight mullite ball and Si C on the properties and microstructure of the light-heavy-weight composite Si C-mullite bricks was studied. The results show that when the addition of light-weight mullite ball in the composite layer is 22%,the two materials match well,the composite structure is stable and the performance of the composite specimen is good. Excessive difference of Si C additions between the composite layer and the body is not conducive to the bonding strength of the composite interface.In this experiment,the difference of Si C addition between the composite layer and the body is about 6%.
