二维超声联合超声弹性成像在浅表淋巴结疾病诊断中的应用效果分析

摘要
目的探讨对浅表淋巴结疾病患者实施二维超声+超声弹性成像诊断后获得的临床效果。方法方便选择该院2016年6月—2018年7月收治的72例浅表淋巴结疾病患者作为实验对象;针对所有患者于临床分别实施二维超声诊断,设为A1组;超声弹性成像诊断,设为A2组以及二维超声+超声弹性诊断,设为A3组;最终就A1~A3组检测结果进行对比。结果 A1诊断45例,占比62.50%;A2诊断准确49例,占比68.06%;A3诊断准确62例,占比86.11%,对比检验(χ~2=14.009 0,P=0.000 9),同A1组以及A2组浅表淋巴结疾病患者检测准确度对比,A3组获得明显提升(P<0.05)。结论检验人员对于浅表淋巴结疾病患者在进行诊断期间,合理选择二维超声+超声弹性成像方法进行疾病诊断,同分别单纯选择二维超声以及超声弹性成像方法进行疾病诊断比较,可以显著提高检测准确度,从而为浅表淋巴结疾病的早期确诊提供依据,为后续治疗方案的顺利研究与应用奠定基础,最终显著提高浅表淋巴结疾病患者的诊治效果以及预后能力。
        Objective To explore the clinical effects of two-dimensional ultrasound + ultrasound elastography in patients with superficial lymph node diseases. Methods 72 patients with superficial lymph node disease admitted by our hospital from June 2016 to July 2018 were selected as experimental subjects. Two-dimensional ultrasound diagnosis was performed for all patients, and was set as group A1. The ultrasound elastography diagnosis was set as A2 group and two-dimensional ultrasound + ultrasonic elastography diagnosis was set as A3 group. Finally, the test results of group A1 ~ A3 were compared. Results A1 in the diagnosis of 45 cases, accounted for 62.50%; A2 diagnosis accurate in 49 cases, accounted for68.06%; A3 accurate diagnosis in 62 cases, accounting for more than 86.11%, the contrast test(χ~2=14.009 0, P=0.000 9).Compared with the detection accuracy of patients with superficial lymph node disease in group A1 and group A2, the A3 group was significantly improved(P<0.05). Conclusion Inspection personnel for superficial lymph node disease patients during the diagnosis, rational selection of two-dimensional ultrasound + ultrasound elasticity imaging method for disease diagnosis, with the simple choice of two-dimensional ultrasound and ultrasound elasticity imaging methods are compared, and disease diagnosis can significantly improve the detection accuracy, so as to provide the basis for early diagnosis of superficial lymph node diseases, follow-up of treatment research and application of groundwork, eventually improve the diagnosis and treatment of patients with superficial lymph node disease effect and prognosis.
