重性精神病患者一般现况及相应对策研究

摘要
目的了解洛阳市重性精神疾病患者一般状况。方法 2017年4月1日-2018年4月1日通过问卷调查方法对我院门诊及住院患者实施问卷调查。结果洛阳市地区重性精神病患者男性比例高,且经济状况较差;社会对于重性精神疾病患者所给予的补助较少;不同水平精神卫生知识知晓率对于住院次数、是否在管、不同学历结果又显著的差异。结论对于重性精神疾病患者应提高患者对疾病认识,降低患病后的医疗费用,促进患者及时治疗,用完善的社会支持体系,更好帮助重性精神疾病患者回归社会,促进社会和谐。
Objective To understand the general situation of patients with serious mental diseases in luoyang city. Methods From April 1,2017 to April 1,2018,the outpatients and inpatients in our hospital were surveyed by questionnaire. Results The proportion of male patients with serious psychosis was high in luoyang city and the economic status was poor. There was less social support for people with serious mental illness.The results of different levels of mental health knowledge differ significantly in the number of hospitalizations,whether they are in administration,and different educational backgrounds. Conclusion For patients with severe mental illness,it was necessary to improve their understanding of the disease,reduced the medical cost after illness,promoted timely treatment,and used a complete social support system to better help patients with serious mental illness return to the society and promote social harmony.
