摘要
加装故障限流器(FCL)是解决短路电流越限问题的一种有效技术措施。为提高电力企业对FCL潜在经济效益的认同,加快FCL在电网中的推广应用,文中从FCL接入减轻断路器的动、热稳定负担提高其动作可靠性的作用出发,定义可靠性成本和可靠性效益的概念。结合全寿命周期成本理论,将FCL的全寿命周期成本视为可靠性成本。将FCL接入前后断路器拒动概率变化所带来的停电损失差额视为可靠性效益。考虑资金的时间因素,得出基于可靠性的FCL经济性评价指标及电网综合经济性评估模型,并在安徽电网中进行所提模型的仿真验证。该模型可以为FCL的工程应用提供经济技术参考。
        To help power enterprises further understand the potential economic benefits from application off ault current limiter(FCL) and accelerate the promotion of FCLs in power grids,the concepts of reliability cost and reliability benefit are defined from the view point of using FCLs to improve the dynamic and thermal stability and operational reliability of the circuit breakers. The life cycle cost of an FCL is regarded as reliability cost. The outage loss difference caused by the change of the rejection probability of the circuit breaker before and after the FCL access is regarded as the reliability benefit. Considering the time factor of capital,the FCL economic evaluation index based on reliability and the comprehensive economic evaluation model of power grid are established,and the proposed model is simulated on Anhui power grid.The model may provide economic and technical reference for engineering application of FCLs.
