摘要
为了满足矿区用水需求,将井下采空区矿井清水作为主要水源,补入生活饮用水处理系统。井下水中氟化物、硫酸盐含量均高于国家生活饮用水水源水质标准,利用传统水处理工艺,即絮凝、沉淀、过滤、消毒,无法将超标的离子物质去除。为保证神东矿区的饮用水安全,公司采用了水处理系统设备中应用最广泛的膜分离水处理技术设备—膜过滤(纳滤)。其不仅能连续去除水中85%~90%的二价无机盐离子,还能去除水中几乎全部的有机物、细菌、热源、病毒、微粒等。具有较高的除盐能力,同时又保留了水中部分矿物质(保留30%一价离子),使饮用水具有营养矿物质。
In order to meet the water demand of the mining area,the clear water in the mine goaf is used as the main water source to supplement the drinking water treatment system. Traditional water treatment processes,such as flocculation,precipitation,filtration and disinfection,are unable to remove excessive ionic substances. In order to ensure the safety of drinking water in Shendong mining area,membrane filtration,the most widely used membrane separation water treatment equipment in water treatment system,was adopted. The technology has high desalination ability and retains some minerals(30% monovalent ions) in water,which makes drinking water nutritious minerals.
