摘要
通过引入服务设计中的用户旅程方法,对城市公园公共饮水服务进行重新设计。采用实地调研对城市公园用户进行研究、归类,定义典型用户,构建城市公园典型用户体验旅程图探究用户体验及痛点,归纳洞察设计机会点。最终确定城市公园公共饮水服务的用户需求,并进行基于用户体验旅程法的城市公园公共饮水服务设计实践案例与验证,指出用户体验旅程法对设计的指导意义。
        To redesign public drinking water services in urban parks by introducing user journey in service design. Research on urban park users through field surveys to define typical users. By constructing a typical user experience journey map, discovering user pain points during the process of exploring user experience journeys and exploring design opportunities. Finally, the user needs in the design of public drinking water services in urban parks were finalized. The design and practice of public drinking water service in urban parks based on user experience journey method is given, and the guiding significance of user experience travel journey method to service design is pointed out.
