摘要
目的观察1%S-烯虫酯颗粒剂控制雨水井中白纹伊蚊的效果。方法选择2个街道,一个作为实验区,另一个作为对照区,每月全覆盖清除1次各类小容器积水,对不能清除的积水如雨水井等,实验区按照20 g/m~2剂量每月投放1次1%S-烯虫酯颗粒剂,对照区则每月投放1次1%安备(1%双硫磷颗粒剂),投放剂量同实验组,每月1次采用诱蚊诱卵器法、孳生地调查法、羽化率观察等指标,了解实验区和对照区的蚊虫密度变化情况。结果实验区蚊虫平均羽化抑制率为92.66%,明显高于对照区的6.46%(χ~2=431.015 6,P<0.05);实验区平均幼虫期死亡率、蛹期死亡率、抑制羽化率分别为53.15%、36.01%、3.50%,对照区平均幼虫期死亡率、蛹期死亡率、抑制羽化率分别为0.34%、1.36%、4.76%;实验区平均诱卵器密度为4.33%,对照区平均密度为8.33%,RPI=8.68;白纹伊蚊孳生地调查,实验区阳性率2.83%;对照区阳性率8.83%(χ~2=19.661 2,P<0.05)。结论 1%S-烯虫酯为保幼激素昆虫生长调节剂,对雨水井中白纹伊蚊幼虫控制具有较好的效果,且对环境友好。
Objective To evaluate the control efficacy of 1% S-methoprene against Aedes albopictus in rainwater wells.Methods The trial was implemented in two streets.Rainwater wells in one street as the experimental field were treated with 1% S-methoprene granules at a dose of 20 g/m~2 monthly,and those in the other street as the control field were treated with 1% Abate( 1% temephos granules)regularly at a dose of 20 g/m~2 monthly.The variations of mosquito density in the experimental and control groups were observed by indicators of mosquito traps,breeding ground survey and eclosion rate.Results The cumulative mosquito eclosion inhibition rate was 92.66% in the experimental field and 6.46% in the control field,with significant difference(χ~2=431.015 6,P<0.05).The average larval mortality,pupa mortality and eclosion inhibition rates were 53.15%,36.01% and 3.50% in the experimental field,and 0.34%,1.36% and 4.76% in the control field;the average density of the ovipositor was 4.33% in the experimental field and 8.33% in the control field,with RPI of 8.68;the Aedes albopictus breeding site survey showed that the positive rate was 2.83% in the experimental field and 8.83% in the control field(χ~2=19.661 2,P<0.05).Conclusion 1% S-methoprene granules showed good control effects on Aedes albopictus with environmentally friendly.
