摘要

目的:总结0.038"导丝在腹膜透析管移位复位中的经验。方法:2015年7月-2018年5月我院8例腹膜透析管移位患者在双0.038"(0.95 mm×500 mm)导丝引导下复位。结果:6例复位,2例角度改善。结论:双0.038"导丝在腹膜透析置管术后4周内发生的腹膜透析管移位复位中,安全、便捷、有效。
        Objective: To summarize the experience of 0.038" guide wire in peritoneal dialysis tube displacement and reduction.Methods: 8 cases patients of peritoneal dialysis catheter shift received 0.038"(0.95×500 mm) guide wire in peritoneal dialysis tube displacement and reduction from 2015 July to May 2018. Results: 6 cases had reposition, 2 cases had improved angle. Conclusion:The application for reposition with double 0.038"guide wire in patients with peritoneal dialysis catheter shift within 4 months was safe,convenient and effective.
