摘要
煤炭资源是我国重要的能源,随着经济的发展,对煤炭资源的需求量持续增加,为此需要保证煤炭安全生产。煤矿通风机电机能够保障矿井下方的空气流动,避免井下瓦斯浓度超过限度,其稳定运行直接关系到井下作业人员的生命安全。当前,大部分煤矿采用旋转电机的模式,这种类型的电机容易出现温度过高的情况,因此需要加强对电机温度情况的检测,保证电机系统的持续稳定运行,避免电机系统异常导致井下空气不能正常流通。
Coal resources are an important energy source in our country. With the development of economy, the demand for coal resources continues to increase, so it is necessary to ensure the safe production of coal. Coal mine ventilator motor can ensure the air flow under the mine and avoid the underground gas concentration exceeding the limit. Its stable operation is directly related to the life safety of underground workers. At present, most coal mines adopt the mode of rotating electric machine. This type of electric machine is prone to excessive temperature. Therefore, it is necessary to strengthen the detection of the temperature of the electric machine, so as to ensure the continuous and stable operation of the electric machine system and avoid the abnormal electric machine system leading to abnormal underground air circulation.
