摘要
简述永磁直驱拉丝机结构及特点,依据直进式拉丝机在拉拔过程中秒体积流量相等的原理,找出各机台速度关系,并结合实际,说明调谐辊参与控制过程。给出控制系统硬件组成,详述采用西门子S_7-300PLC为主站、200SMART为从站、触摸屏KTP1000为上位机、汇川MD500E专用变频器为驱动器件,通过Profibus-DP组成的控制系统,该系统软件采用STEP编程及WINCC人机界面设计,充分考虑硬件电路互锁及程序上进行冗余设计,确保整个系统稳定,拉拔焊丝速度最高可达18 m/s,满足使用要求。
The structure and characteristics of permanent magnet direct drive drawing machine are briefly described. According to the principle of equal volume flow rate per second in drawing process of straight drawing machine,the relationship between speed of each machine is found out. Combined with practice,it shows that the tuning roller is involved in the control process. The hardware configuration of control system is given. The control system composed of Siemens S_7-300 PLC as main station,200 SMART as slave station,touch screen KTP1000 as upper computer,Huichuan MD500 E special frequency converter as driver,and Profibus-DP is described in detail. The system software adopts STEP programming and WINCC human-machine interface design. Fully consider hardware circuit interlocking and redundancy design in program to ensure the stability of the whole system,the maximum wire drawing speed up to 18 m/s and meet the application requirements.
