摘要
传统电磁流量计采用硬件滤波方式去除噪声,但由于采用硬件滤波消噪的能力与器件的动态调节相互矛盾,且硬件电路元件的非理想化必然会混入其他噪声.为了弥补硬件滤波的缺点,采用了软件去噪算法,该算法基于小波消噪原理.为有效去除电磁流量计输出信号中的干扰信号,提高数据处理的稳定性和数据的精确度,在结合传统软、硬阈值函数的不足的基础上,引入了一种新阈值函数,且在传统信噪比、均方误差等单一评价标准的基础上引入了一种综合评价标准对去噪效果进行评估,采用MATLAB工具箱对去噪结果进行了仿真.结果表明,相比传统小波消噪方法,改进的小波阈值去噪方法对抑制电磁流量计信号中的各种噪声干扰有更好效果.
        The traditional electromagnetic flowmeter uses hardware filtering to remove noise.However,the ability to eliminate noise by hardware filtering is in contradiction with the dynamic adjustment of the device,and the non-idealization of hardware circuit components will inevitably be mixed with other noise.In order to compensate for the shortcomings of hardware filtering,this paper adopts software de-noising algorithm based on wavelet de-noising principle.In order to effectively remove the interference signal in the output signal of the electromagnetic flowmeter and improve the stability of data processing and accuracy,this paper introduces a new threshold function based on the deficiency of the traditional soft and hard threshold functions and a comprehensive evaluation standard was introduced to evaluate the de-noising effect on the basis of the traditional evaluation criteria such as SNR and mean square error.The MATLAB toolbox was used to simulate the de-noising results.The simulation results show that compared with the traditional wavelet de-noising method,the improved wavelet threshold de-noising method has better effect on suppressing various noise interferences in the electromagnetic flowmeter signal.
