蔗梢及皇竹草干制饲料的品质分析

摘要
甘蔗制糖产业副产物丰富(梢、叶、渣、茎),且都可用作饲养原料。甘蔗砍收集中在11月至翌年3月,牧农在此期间大量囤积甘蔗副产物,但以不同副产物饲养牛羊等存在显著差异。研究选取了甘蔗不同副产物,同时以优质牧草皇竹草作对比,系统分析了它们的营养成分、纤维分及抗营养因子。结果表明,蔗梢有着作为优质饲料资源的潜能,与皇竹草不分伯仲。
        The sugarcane industry has abundant by products(tops, leaf, baggage, stem) and all can be used as raw materials in feed industry. The cutting and collection time of sugarcane from November to March of the next year is overaccumulated. Plenty of sugarcane accessory substances can be stored by grazing farmers during this period, but there are significant differences in feeding cattle and sheep with different by-products. Therefore, different co-products of sugarcane are selected compared with Pennisetum hydridum in this study. Their nutrition composition, fiber concentration and antinutrition factors were analyzed systematically. The result shows that the sugarcane tops has the potential to be a high quality feed resource like Pennisetum hydridum. Research is looked forward to providing theoretieal guidance for the utilization and cultivation of sugarcane by-products through the above research.
