摘要
采用自蔓延燃烧法制备CuCr_2O_4,以硝酸铜、硝酸铬为原料,添加柠檬酸、尿素和PEG200配制混合溶液,借助自主设计的自蔓延燃烧合成炉实现了浓缩溶液的连续自蔓延燃烧。通过调整PEG200加入量,获得了高度蓬松的无定型态燃烧产物。对燃烧产物进行煅烧处理,研究了煅烧温度、升温速率、保温时间等工艺参数对样品物相组成和微观形貌影响。经15℃/min升温至950℃保温0.5~1.0 h煅烧处理,燃烧产物转化为晶体结构完整、粒径分布在亚微米范围的CuCr_2O_4亚微米晶,所得CuCr_2O_4粉体特别适合作为铜铬黑颜料推广应用。
        CuCr_2O_(4) was prepared via a self-propagating combustion method.A mixed solution of cupric nitrate,chromium nitrate,citric acid,urea and PEG200 was ignited in a self-propagating combustion furnace.A highly fluffy amorphous combustion product was obtained by adjusting the amount of PEG200.The combustion product was calcined in a muffle furnace,and the effects of calcination temperature,heating rate and holding time on the phase composition and morphology of the samples were investigated.The combustion product transforms into CuCr_2O_4 submicron-sized crystals with an uniform size distribution after calcination at 950℃ for 0.5–1.0 h with a heating rate of 15℃/min.The CuCr_2O_4 powder obtained is suitable for application as a copper chrome black pigment.
