基于流变指标的胶粉复合改性沥青热氧老化程度评估

摘要
本研究采用薄膜烘箱和压力老化仪对胶粉复合改性沥青进行不同程度的热氧老化,通过分析胶粉复合改性沥青的车辙因子、疲劳因子在不同热氧老化程度下的变化,探究热氧老化下流变指标与组分比的对应关系,建立了基于温度和流变指标的变化方程来计算组分比均值,并以YH-801 SBS和LG-501 SBS胶粉复合改性沥青验证该方程,表明采用该方程计算的组分比均值符合组分比的变化规律,这说明此方法评价热氧老化程度可行,可为胶粉复合改性沥青的再生提供依据。
        To evaluate the aging degree of rubber compound modified asphalt more intuitively,TFOT(Thin Film Oven Test) and PAV(Pressure Aging Vessel) were used to simulate different degrees of thermal oxidative aging.The relationship between the changes of rheological indices(G*/sinδ and G*·sinδ) before and after aging as well as composition ratio were analyzed to establish the equation based on temperature and rheological index,which could be used to calculate the average value of composition ratio.And experiments were also conducted on YH-801 SBS and LG-501 SBS modified asphalt to verify this equation.Results indicated that the average value of composition ratio obtained by this equation accords well with the changing laws of composition ratio,suggesting that it is feasible to evaluate thermal oxidative aging degrees by this equation.It provides basic support for the quantitative evaluation before the regeneration of rubber compound modified asphalt.
