摘要
高拱坝通常施工场地狭窄,且混凝土浇筑与其他作业相互交叉干扰,对缆机调度影响较大。为了研究高拱坝坝体生长特征与缆机调配之间的关系,以坝体生长的过程为主线,分析了高拱坝坝体生长的时空特征,从正向考虑了不同坝体生长特征的缆机调配方式,反向调整了满足缆机浇筑的坝体生长步,并从坝体生长—缆机调配系统互为因果的特点出发对坝体生长方案进行优化。实例仿真结果表明,优化浇筑方案后的混凝土入仓强度更均衡,缆机利用率得到提升,对缆机实时调配和坝体生长均有积极意义。
        The high arch dam usually has a narrow construction site,and the concrete pouring interacts with other operations to interfere with each other,which has a great influence on the cable machine scheduling.In order to study the relationship between the growth characteristics of high arch dam and cable deployment,this paper takes the process of dam growth as the main line,and analyzes the spatio-temporal characteristics of high arch dam growth.The cable deployment method considering the growth characteristics of different dams was adjusted from the forward direction,and the dam growth step was adjusted in the reverse direction to meet the cable casting.Considering the mutually causal characteristics of the growth of dam body-the deployment system of cable machine,the dam growth plan was optimized.The engineering examples show that the optimized pouring scheme has positive significance for the real-time deployment of cable machines and dam growth.The pouring strength of concrete is more equilibrium and the utilization ratio of cable machine is promoted.
