摘要
目的通过对文献系统性回顾研究,确定妊娠超过34周的新生儿出生2h后的生命体征参考范围。方法通过计算机检索方式,检索Pub Med、CINAHL、Embase、Elsevier、Cochrane、中国生物医学文献数据库、中国知网数据库、万方数据库以及维普数据库。根据纳入与排除标准筛选文献、提取资料并进行描述性系统分析。结果最终纳入12篇文献。通过文献分析得出了在新生儿转型期的34周内,对新生儿正常生命体征参数进一步健全研究的重要性和必要性。结论论证了进一步研究年龄匹配的新生儿早期预警工具可以提高其准确度和灵敏度。采取延长数据采集期进行前瞻性观察研究等方法能更准确地分析出妊娠超过34周新生儿正常生命体征的参考范围。
        Objective By a systematic review of the literature to determine the reference range of vital signs after 2 hours of birth in a newborn over 34 weeks of pregnancy. Methods Through the computer search,search Pub Med \ CINAHL \ Embase \ Elseveir \ Cochrane \ Chinese Biomedical Literature Database,China Knowledge Network Database,Wanfang Database and VIP Database. Descriptive system analysis was performed by screening and extracting data based on inclusion and exclusion criteria. Results Finally,12 articles were included. Through literature analysis,it is concluded that the importance and necessity of further research on the parameters of normal vital signs of newborns within 34 weeks of neonatal transition. Conclusion It is demonstrated that further research on age-matched early warning tools for newborns can improve the accuracy and sensitivity of the period. Taking a prolonged data collection period for prospective observational studies and other methods can more accurately analyze the reference range of normal vital signs of newborns over 34 weeks of pregnancy.
