出米率与大米加工精度等级、生产规模的模型研究

摘要
为掌握生产规律,控制碾米阶段碎米率,增加产品收益,提高企业经济效益,对不同类型、不同加工条件下,我国大米加工企业的大米出米率情况进行调研,研究粳米/籼米的不同加工精度等级、生产规模与出米率之间的关系。以出米率为指标,通过拟合仿真模型及样本优化模型处理,得到其对应关系,并建立数学模型。结果表明,同一生产规模条件下,大米出米率随着加工精度等级的升高而降低;随着生产规模的变化,优质和普通等级的籼米出米率变化幅度较粳米更大,出米率分布范围更广。同一加工精度等级时,随着生产规模的增大,粳米出米率整体变化较籼米波动更大,但其分布范围更集中,说明其出米率较稳定,加工稳定性优于籼米。建立的粳米、籼米出米率与加工精度等级、生产规模的模型拟合度均较高,其中粳米较籼米更高。
        In order to master the production rules,control broken rice rate,increase the product yield and improve enterprise economic benefits,the white rice yield of different varieties in rice processing enterprises in China under different processing conditions was investigated,the relationship between white rice yield and milling degree or processing scale was obtained by simulation model and sample optimization model processing,and the mathematical model was established.The results showed that the white rice yield decreased with the increase of milling degree under the same processing scale.With the change of processing scale,the white rice yield range of indica rice was greater than that of japonica rice.At the same milling degree,with the increase of processing scale,the overall range of white rice yield of japonica rice was greater than that of indica rice,but it was more concentrated,which indicated that the processing stability was better than that of indica rice.The model fitting degree of japonica and indica rice was very high,and japonica rice was much higher.
