甘特图在创伤护理质量控制管理中的效应分析
摘要
[目的]研究甘特图在创伤护理质量控制管理中的效应。[方法]本研究为回顾性研究,选择2016年1月—2017年8月本院创伤外科护士为研究对象,将每组样本量定为50例。评价住院病人对护理工作的满意度和工作质量。[结果]试验组病人对试验组护士护理工作满意度评分明显高于对照组病人对对照组护士护理工作满意度评分,对照组和试验组护士服务质量评分比较差异无统计学意义,试验组护士病区管理、床边护理、健康教育、护理文书质量、护理技术操作、消毒隔离的护理质量评分明显高于对照组,且差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。[结论]甘特图是一种有效改善创伤外科护理质量、控制管理效果的管理方式,其优点是甘特图除了可以对质量控制项目进行全面、直观、详细展示,还有利于管理人员发现护理质量中存在的问题和薄弱环节,从而进行针对性的改进。
