肾盂高级别浸润性尿路上皮癌的CT诊断及鉴别
摘要
<正>尿路上皮癌又名移行细胞癌,是第四常见肿瘤,其中90%～95%为发生于膀胱的膀胱尿路上皮癌,由于发生在肾盂的尿路上皮癌有时被归类为肾脏肿瘤,因此,其真正的发生率尚不确切,据估计,肾盂尿路上皮癌约占肾肿瘤的15%[1-3]。肾盂上皮癌发病率约为输尿管上皮癌的2倍,60%的肾盂尿路上皮癌被诊断时具有侵袭性[4,5]。根据1999年WHO病
