摘要
厚煤层遗弃资源储量可观、分布广泛,是煤炭资源整合区回收利用的重要组成部分,研究复采工作面开采过程中矿压显现规律对煤炭复采安全生产有重要意义。以韩咀矿1202工作面为例,对小窑破坏区下工作面顶板进行分类,并基于现场实测和UDEC数值模拟方法,分析了不同顶板类型下复采综放工作面矿压规律。结果表明:工作面来压时呈现中上部大,下部小的特征,初次来压步距为28.3 m,周期来压步距为17.5m;复采工作面通过未完全垮落、完全垮落空区和上覆煤柱时,工作面支架的工作阻力分别呈现"峰值—低值—峰值"单次振动形式,"峰值—低值—峰值"循环式振动形式,持续高阻、振动小特征。
        The abandoned resources in thick coal seam are abundant and widely distributed,which are an important part of the recovery and utilization of coal resources in integration area.It is of great significance to study the law of strata behaviors in the recovered mining process for the safe production of coal recovery.Taking the No.1202 working face of Hanju coal mine as an example,the roofs of working face under destructive area of minitype coal mine were classified.Based on field measurement and UDEC numerical simulation method,the ground pressure law of recovered mining with fully mechanized caving face was analyzed under different roof types.The results showed that when the working face was pressed,the pressure was large in the middle and upper parts and was small in the lower part.The initial pressure step was 28.3 mand the periodic pressure step was17.5 m.When the recovered working face passed through the incompletely collapsed,completely collapsed and overlying coal pillars,the working resistance of the support presented characteristics of a single vibration form as"peak value-low value-peak value",a cyclic vibration form as "peak value-low value-peak value",and continuous high resistance and small vibration respectively.
