摘要
焦炉煤气管道在长时间输送煤气过程中,不断有沉积物积累在管道内壁上,使管道有效内径逐渐减小,增加了煤气阻损,大大降低了管道的煤气输送能力。严重时会发生煤气管道堵塞现象,对企业生产、安全造成较大影响。研究了焦炉煤气管道沉积物的成分组成、分布特点及形成机理,并探讨了管道内沉积物安全环保的清除方法。
        After coke oven gas pipe conveying gas for a long time, deposits will continuously accumulate on pipe walls, making effective inner diameter of the pipe gradually decrease, which increases gas resistance loss and greatly reduces gas transmission capacity of the pipelines. When the problem becomes serious the gas pipe can be blocked, causing significant impact to enterprise production and safety. In this paper, the composition, distribution characteristics and formation mechanism of the deposits in COG pipes are studied and safe and environment-friendly cleaning methods for deposits are also discussed.
