水质氨氮在线监测仪国产化应用研究

摘要
氨氮在线监测仪能够快速准确分析水体中氨氮含量,其中膜电极法氨氮在线分析仪对水样前处理要求低,抗干扰能力强,广泛应用于各种环境的氨氮指标监测。对一款国产氨氮在线监测仪各项性能指标进行测试,并与进口仪器及实验室手工测定值比对,希望通过探究其使用过程中的优缺点,使国产氨氮分析仪得到更广泛的应用。实验结果表明国产仪器的检出限、精密度、准确度、线性范围,均与进口仪器差别不大,但极低浓度抗干扰能力较差。
        The ammonia nitrogen contents in water can be monitored quickly and accurately by on-line ammonia nitrogen analyzer. Especially,the analyzer based on membrane electrode method has been widely used in various environments due to its low requirement for water sample pretreatment and strong anti-interference ability. In this paper,we tested various performance parameters of a domestic on-line ammonia nitrogen analyzer and compared with that of the manual measurement in the imported instruments lab. The advantages and disadvantages of the domestic analyzer were explored to make it more widely used. The experimental results showed that the detection limit,precision,accuracy and linear range of the domestic analyzer are not different from the imported instruments,but the anti-interference ability of the domestic instrument is poor when applied to very dilute concentrations.
