爆炸冲击荷载作用下高压输电塔钢管构件抗爆性能试验研究

摘要
钢管材料易采购、易加工、易安装、构造体型较好,迎风体型系数较小,因而在高压输电塔结构中得以推广使用,研究爆炸冲击荷载作用下钢管构件的抗爆性能具有重要的理论意义和工程实用价值。通过各比例距离下静爆试验,研究爆炸冲击荷载作用下钢管构件迎爆面、背爆面各测试点的超压数值,进一步掌握爆炸冲击波的传播规律和对钢管构件的作用特点。临近场爆炸时,钢管构件中部呈现出撕裂、局部屈曲的破坏形态;近场爆炸时,钢管构件主要受爆炸冲击荷载第一个波阵面正压的影响;远场爆炸时,钢管构件除受第一个波阵面影响外,地面反射的冲击波也对构件产生影响。
        Steel tube member has advantages such as easy to purchase,easy to process,easy to install,better structural shape and so on. Therefore,it has been widely applied in the high-voltage transmission tower structures. It is of great theoretical significance and practical value to study the anti-explosion performance of steel tube members under blast load.In the paper,through the static explosion test of different proportional distances,overpressure values of the front and the back surface of the steel tubes of each test point were studied to further understand the propagation laws of blast wave and the characteristics of steel tube members under blast load. In quite near field explosion,the central part of the steel tube showed the tearing and local buckling failure modes. In the near field explosion,the steel tube member was mainly affected by the positive pressure of the first wavefront of the blast load. In the far field explosion,besides the first wavefront,the shock wave reflected by the ground also affected the steel tube members.
