摘要
当人体进入疲劳状态时,表面肌电信号会发生相应的变化。为了探讨工人在持续上肢作业时肌肉疲劳对人体肌电信号的影响,针对疲劳与肌电信号的关系提出评价肌肉疲劳的数学模型,选取10名健康受试者进行机械操作与重物搬举作业。同时,使用表面肌电测试分析仪对肌电信号进行实时监测,采用方差分析、t检验和非线性拟合方法对疲劳与肌电信号的关系进行分析。结果表明,肌电信号的波动程度对生理疲劳有显著变化,上肢肌肉疲劳程度越重,其肌电信号恢复至正常值越久。非线性拟合结果显示,上肢肌肉疲劳的发展趋势呈现出"S型"的趋势。据此提出,疲劳失稳期前让受试者休息,可以减缓或延迟生理疲劳的发生。
        When the body enters a state of fatigue,the surface electromyogram signal will change accordingly. In order to investigate the effect of muscle fatigue on the electromyogram signal of the human body during continuous upper limb operation,a mathematical model for evaluating muscle fatigue was proposed,and 10 healthy subjects were selected for mechanical operation and heavy lifting. At the same time,the surface electromyoelectric test analyzer is used to monitor the electromyoelectric signal in real time,and the relationship between fatigue and electromyoelectric signal is analyzed by using variance analysis,T test and nonlinear fitting method. The results showed that the degree of fluctuation of the myoelectric signal had a significant change to physiological fatigue,and the heavier the fatigue degree of the upper limb muscles,the longer the myoelectric signal recovering to normal value. Nonlinear fitting results show that the development trend of upper limb muscle fatigue shows a "S-type" trend. Therefore,it is proposed that allowing the subject to rest before the fatigue instability period can slow down or delay the occurrence of physiological fatigue.
