摘要
卫星导航定位基准站的建设质量决定着测绘活动的质量,而目前针对基准站建设质量的检查没有明确标准和具体手段。通过对现有基准站相关技术规范的分析研究,细化基准站建设工程的主要内容,并进行数值化,针对各项内容提出具体的检查方法和要求,形成卫星导航定位基准站建设质量检查方案。在利用该检查方案对某区域基准站进行质量检查过程中,对新建基准站建设工程各项内容逐项检查打分,并以被检查站四年的运行结果作为检核,说明该检查方案准确、合理。同时该检查方案也可为其他区域级、专业级基准站的建设质量检查提供新思路,具有良好的应用价值。
The quality of surveying activities depends on the building engineering of GNSS reference station,but there is no clear standard and specific means for the quality inspection of reference stations.Researching specifications related to reference stations,analyzing the main contents of reference stations building engineering,putting forward specific inspection methods and requirements for the items of building engineering,an inspection scheme is formed.Obtaining the quality of reference stations building engineering through inspection,ensuring that the quality of reference stations building engineering meets the design requirements and reference stations runs stable,location services will be secure and reliable.Appling the inspection scheme to the quality inspection of a regional reference station network construction case,the new reference stations meets the design requirements through systematic inspection of items.The inspection scheme has a reference to the quality inspection for other regional and professional reference station.It has a good promotion value.
