王庆国教授病证结合辨治口臭经验

摘要
口臭不仅是人体健康状况的反应,还会影响人际关系,甚至产生心理障碍。口臭在诊断和治疗上有许多困难,需要口腔科、耳鼻喉科、内科、甚至精神科医生相互配合治疗。应用西药治疗口臭,往往只能暂时控制病情,并不能达到根治的效果。王庆国教授认为,病证结合是临床上辨治某些病机单纯疾病的有效思路,其根本思想来发于《内经》,承于《伤寒论》,其临床实用性强,方法容易掌握,可重复性好。王师在临床上辨治口臭,继承了古代医家对口臭病因病机的观点,又在大量临床过程中积累了宝贵的经验,在前人理论的基础上凝练了辨病辨证思路,形成了简便廉验的临床诊治经验和策略,采取以病为纲,辨证选方,专病专药,治臭以香,屡试不爽。
Halitosis responds to the health condition of human body,but also affects the human relationship and generates psychological disorder. The diagnosis and treatment of halitosis are complicated,which needs the collaboration of the physicians from the departments of stomatology,otolaryngology,internal medicine and even psychiatry. Western medication controls the sickness temporarily,but it fails to cure it completely. Professor Wang Qingguo thinks that the combination of TCM pattern identification and disease is the effective approach on the base of the theory of Classic of Internal Medicine and Treaties on Febrile Disease. Such therapeutic approach is practical and repeatable. By inheritance of the idea of ancient medical masters in etiology and pathogenesis of halitosis,as well as on the base of rich clinical experiences,he had accumulated a practical strategy on the diagnosis and treatment of such disease. Moreover,on the base of the pattern identification of TCM,the therapeutic methods are determined and the satisfactory effects are achieved.
