摘要
围绕应用型人才培养目标,我校轻化工程专业探索了产学研合作培养人才的模式,通过校企合作课程建设、青年教师实践能力的培养和双师型教师队伍建设、专业技能奖学金和开放实验开设、校内外实习、实践教学平台及实践教学体系建设等,加强了行业、企业对人才培养的参与度,实现了办学体制创新,形成了"平台共建、资源共用、成果共享"的可持续发展人才培养机制,提升了人才培养水平。
        Based on the cultivation target of applied talents,Talents cultivation mode of industry-academy-research cooperation is researched.Through university-enterprise cooperation course construction,the cultivation of young teachers' practical ability and the establishment of double-qualification teachers,professional skills scholarship and open experiment,and the construction of practice teaching platform and practice teaching system,etc,the participation of the industry and enterprises in talents training are strengthened.The innovation of school-running system is realized to a certain degree.The sustainable development talents training mechanism of "platform co-construction,resource sharing and achievement sharing" has been formed.These have improved the level of talent cultivation.
