摘要
以灵武长枣、中宁圆枣为试验材料,在田间利用TDZ诱导枣树愈伤组织和芽再生,结合诱变剂秋水仙素诱导枣树多倍体。结果表明:不同浓度TDZ处理灵武长枣和中宁圆枣,在浓度为4 mg/L时,愈伤组织等级最高。同浓度秋水仙素处理灵武长枣和中宁圆枣,在浓度为0.05%时,枣树诱变率最高分别为3.33%、4.33%。田间利用TDZ诱导枣树愈伤组织和芽再生,结合诱变剂秋水仙素诱导枣树多倍体,在枣树培育多倍体育种上值得推广应用。
        With 'Lingwuchangzao' and 'Zhongningyuanzao' as experimental materials, the callus and bud regeneration of jujube tree were induced by TDZ in the field, and the polyploid of jujube tree was induced with the mutagen colchicine. The results showed that different concentrations of TDZ treated 'Lingwuchangzao' and 'Zhongningyuanzao' had the highest callus level at the concentration of 4 mg/L. With the concentration of colchicine treating 'Lingwuchangzao' and'Zhongningyuanzao', the mutation rate of jujube was 3.33% and 4.33% when the concentration was 0.05%. The callus and bud regeneration of jujube tree were induced by TDZ in the field, and the polyploid of jujube tree was induced by colchicine combined with the mutagens. It was worth to be applied to the multiple species of jujube cultivation.
