纳米La_2O_3掺杂Mo_2NiB_2基金属陶瓷的摩擦磨损特性研究

摘要
以Ni-6B-53.3Mo为基础材料,采用真空热压烧结的方法在970℃下,制备不同La_2O_3掺杂含量(0%、0.3%、0.6%、0.9%、1.2%)的Mo_2NiB_2基金属陶瓷。采用高温真空摩擦磨损试验仪、表面轮廓仪、激光共聚焦显微镜以及X射线衍射仪研究La_2O_3掺杂量对Mo_2NiB_2基金属陶瓷的微观组织和摩擦磨损性能的影响。结果表明:室温下,同一载荷时,随着La_2O_3含量的增加,Mo_2NiB_2基金属陶瓷的磨损率和摩擦系数呈现先增大后减小的趋势,掺杂0.3%La_2O_3的Mo_2NiB_2基金属陶瓷的磨损率和摩擦系数最大,掺杂1.2%La_2O_3的Mo_2NiB_2基金属陶瓷的磨损率和摩擦系数最小;载荷对Mo_2NiB_2基金属陶瓷的耐磨性影响显著,磨损率和摩擦系数随着载荷的增加而减小;温度升高,La_2O_3掺杂Mo_2NiB_2基金属陶瓷磨损率先降低后逐步平稳,摩擦系数呈现先减小后增大的趋势。
        Using Ni-6 B-53.3 Mo as basic materials,Mo_2NiB_2-based cermets with different La_2O_3 doping concentration(0%,0.3%,0.6%,0.9%,1.2%) were prepared by vacuum hot-pressed sintering at 970 ℃.The effects of La_2O_3 doping concentration on the microstructure and friction and wear properties of Mo_2NiB_2-based cermets were investigated by high temperature vacuum friction and wear tester,surface profiler,laser confocal microscopy and X-ray diffraction.The results show that with the increase of La_2O_3 content,the wear rate and friction coeffiction of Mo_2NiB_2-based cermets are increased first and then decreased under the same load at room temperature.The wear rate and friction coefficient of Mo_2NiB_2-based cermets doped with 0.3% La_2O_3 are the highest and doped with 1.2% La_2O_3 are the lowest.The effects of load on wear resistance of Mo_2NiB_2-based cermets is obvious,the wear rate and friction coeffiction decrease with the increase of load.As temperature increases,the wear rate of La_2O_3 doped Mo_2NiB_2-based cermets decreases first and then stabilizes gradually,and the friction coefficient decreases first and then increases.
