摘要

目的:探讨化痰活血降气方治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期的临床效果。方法:收治慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者100例,平分两组,对照组应用常规西药治疗,研究组则在此基础上加用中医化痰活血降气方治疗。结果:研究组患者的整体治疗有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,研究组患者的肺功能指标FEV1、FVC、FEV1/FVC水平均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:化痰活血降气方治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期的临床效果显著。
        Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of reducing phlegm,promoting blood circulation and sending down abnormally ascending decoction in the treatment of acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.Methods:100 patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease were selected,they were divided into the two groups on average,the control group was treated with routine western medicine,while the study group was treated with reducing phlegm,promoting blood circulation and sending down abnormally ascending decoction.Results:The overall treatment efficiency of the study group was 96.00% higher than that of the control group of 80.00%(P<0.05).After treatment,the lung function indexes of FEV1,FVC and FEV1/FVC in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Reducing phlegm,promoting blood circulation and sending down abnormally ascending decoction in the treatment of acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.
