中药miRNA研究进展

摘要
miRNA是一类由18~24 nt核苷酸构成的非编码内源性小分子RNA,在真核生物细胞分化、增殖与凋亡等转录后水平调控表达,与机体代谢、免疫、肿瘤等生理病理过程有密切联系,为疾病的诊断与治疗带来新思路。中药中miRNA可通过消化道进入机体血液和组织器官,在疾病治疗中发挥重要作用,在创新中药新药方面的意义值得深入探索。可以通过small RNA建库测序或microRNA芯片技术对中药miRNA进行鉴定、分析和应用研究。
        miRNAs are a group of non-coding endogenous small molecule RNAs,which are composed of 18 ~ 24 nt nucleotides. They are expressed in eukaryotic cells after transcriptional differentiation,proliferation and apoptosis. miRNAs are closely related to the pathophysiological processes such as metabolism,tumor,and immunity and so on. They also bring new intervention pathways and targets for the treatment and diagnosis of diseases.miRNAs can enter the body's blood,tissues and organs through the digestive tract and play an important role in the treatment of diseases,which are expected to become a new mechanism for the efficacy of traditional Chinese medicines. They are worthy of further exploration and analysis for innovating new drugs of traditional Chinese medicines. We can identify,analyze and utilize the miRNAs in traditional Chinese medicines through small RNA library sequencing or microRNA chip technology.
