乡镇老年人健康养老信息需求及获取途径调查分析

文章以川东北的南充市西充县19个乡、11个镇近200名60岁及以上老年人为研究对象,对他们的信息需求内容及获取途径进行随机问卷调查和半结构化访谈,利用马斯洛需求层次理论对乡镇老年人的信息需求情况及特点进行分层统计和分析,发现乡镇老年人关注饮食卫生常识信息的占78%、关注儿女孙辈信息的占73%、关注亲戚信息的占69%、关注医疗保险信息的占66%、关注天气预报的占64%、关注养老政策等相关信息的占58%,另有部分老年人重点关注朋友及村社活动情况等;乡镇老年人获取信息的主要途径依次是邻居、家人、电视、亲朋、同乡村民、村委会、广播、小传单、农家书屋等。认为:政府部门应加强政策引导、完善广电信息服务体系;乡镇农民文化宫(站)、农家书屋、图书馆(室)等信息服务机构应采取多种措施,共同为乡镇老年人健康养老提供个性化信息服务,提升他们的生活质量。
The article takes nearly 200 elderly people aged 60 and over in 19 townships and 11 towns in Xichong County, Nanchong City, Northeastern Sichuan Province, and conducts random questionnaires and semi-structured information content and access methods. Interviews, using Maslow's hierarchy of needs theory to conduct stratified statistics and analysis of the information needs and characteristics of the elderly in townships and villages, and found that 78% of the elderly people in the townships pay attention to food and health knowledge, and 73% of the information about children and grandchildren. 69% of people paying attention to relatives, 66% paying attention to medical insurance information, 64% paying attention to weather forecast, and 58% paying attention to pension policy.Some elderly people pay attention to friends and village activities. The main ways for the elderly in townships to obtain information are neighbors, family members, television, relatives, villagers, village committees, radio, small flyers, and farmer's bookstores. It is believed that government departments should strengthen policy guidance and improve the broadcasting and television information service system; information service organizations such as township farmers' cultural palaces(station), farmer's bookstores, and libraries(rooms) should take various measures to provide individualized health care for the elderly in villages and towns. Information services to improve the quality of their lives.
