湖北森林防火监测预警云平台建设技术研究

摘要
本研究利用物联网、移动互联网、云计算、大数据等新一代信息技术,进行了云平台架构、大数据分析、云部署、存储架构以及云平台功能等设计,实现了省、市、县三级一体化森林火灾实时监测预警,有效地提高了湖北森林防火管理水平和监测效率,解决了当前全省各地市州县森林防火平台各自为政、多地部署、维护困难、预警不及时等一系列问题,为管理部门森林防火决策提供了合理性、科学性和实用性的技术支撑。
We used the next generation information technology such as Internet of Things,mobile Internet,cloud computing,big data,etc.to implemented cloud platform architecture design,big data analysis design,cloud deployment design,storage architecture design and cloud platform function design.Real-time monitoring and early warning of forest fires at the city and county levels has effectively improved the fire prevention management level and monitoring efficiency of Hubei forests,and solved the current difficulties in the deployment and maintenance of forest fire prevention platforms in cities,counties and counties across the province.A series of questions have provided reasonable,scientific and practical technical support for decision-making of forest fire prevention in the management department.
