摘要
以玉米须、沙棘、山楂、甘草为原料,通过正交试验确定口服液最佳配方,并对其抗疲劳功能进行评价。结果表明:口服液最佳配方为玉米须提取液55%,沙棘提取液25%,山楂提取液10%,甘草提取液6%,三氯蔗糖0.20 g/kg;有效成分含量:多糖15.01 mg/mL,黄酮0.1 mg/mL;口服液组对比玉米须提取液、沙棘提取液、阳性对照组及蒸馏水的小鼠负重游泳时间延长、肝糖原含量增加、血清尿素含量降低,具有较好的抗疲劳效果。所配口服液风味独特,清爽润滑,口感柔和,抗疲劳功能显著。
With the raw material of the extraction liquid from corn silk,sea buckthorn,hawthorn and liquorice,the processing of oral liquid was studied,the optimal formula was decided by orthogonal experiments and its anti-fatigue function was evaluated. The results showed that the best formula of oral liquid was 55 % corn silk extract,25 % sea buckthorn extract,10 % hawthorn extract,6 % of liquorice extract,0.20 g/kg sucralose,which the content of the active ingredient was polysaccharide 15.01 mg/mL and flavone 0.1 mg/mL. Compared with corn silk extract,sea buckthorn extract,positive control group and distilled water,the oral liquid group had better anti-fatigue effects,such as longer the time of weight-loading swimming,higher liver glycogen content and lower serum urea content,so it had a good anti-fatigue effect. The oral liquid was unique in flavor,refreshing and lubricated,with soft taste and anti-fatigue function was remarkable.
