火麻资源综合加工及产品开发研究进展

摘要
火麻是桑科(Sankoh)大麻属(Cannabis)一年生直立草本,其作为纤维、食物的来源已经有3 000多年的历史。我国火麻资源丰富,现阶段正是火麻的变革发展期,但目前对其综合加工及产品开发研究报道较少。对火麻叶、火麻籽和火麻茎秆的综合加工及产品开发研究概况进行了综述,从这些资源中提取开发的有效物质在医药、食品、保健品、日用品、能源等领域具有显著的利用价值。此外,还对火麻资源的应用前景进行了展望。
        Cannabis sativa L, genus Cannabis, family Sankohis, is an annual upright herb. It has been used as a fiber and food source more than 3 000 years. Hemp resources are abundant in our country. In this regard, at present, hemp has welcomed the revolution and development period. Nonetheless, currently, there were few reports on its comprehensive processing and product development. This paper summarized research situation of the comprehensive processing and product development of hemp leaves, hemp seeds and hemp stems, these effective substances extracted and developed from hemp resources have significant utilization of value in the fields of medicine, food, health care, commodity and energy. In addition, prospects for the application of hemp resources were also forecasted.
