新时代社会教育视角下国家级社会体育指导员的培训路径

摘要
社会教育不仅限于培训工作技能和业务,而且更重要的是培养人们正确认识社会、融入社会,使之具有社会责任感的一种人生态度。肩负全民健身活动使命的社会体育指导员要具备更多的社会教育知识,特别是对国家级社会体育指导员的培训要重点对社会适应、道德等进行培训与考核,以更好地发挥他们对健身群体良好的示范作用。结合近几年培训国家级社会体育指导员的教学以及管理经验,本文运用文献资料等研究方法,对国家级社会体育指导员培训中存在的主要问题进行梳理与分析。结果表明:在社会教育培训目标、规格以及礼仪等方面还存在着较为模糊、内容抽象与考核机制不甚完善等问题。制定培训目标、明确培训规格以及建立社会教育的考核机制,使其较好地掌握社会教育理论知识,并应用到实际健身指导过程中,进一步增强社会责任感与使命感,发挥出新时代社会体育指导员队伍的社会功效。
Social education is not only limited to the training of work skills and business,but also more important is to cultivate people a correct understanding of the society,into the society,so that it has a sense of social responsibility of life attitude. Social sports instructors shoulding the mission of national fitness activities should have more social education knowledge,especially the training of national social sports instructors should focus on social adaptation,moral training and assessment,so as to better play their good demonstration role for fitness groups. Based on the teaching and management experience of national-level social sports instructors trained in recent years,this paper uses literature and other research methods to sort out and analyze the main problems existing in the training of national-level social sports instructors. The results show that there are still some problems in the aspects of social education and training objectives, specifications and etiquette, etc. The training objectives, training specifications and the establishment of social education assessment mechanism,so that it better grasp the theoretical knowledge of social education,and apply to the actual fitness guidance process,to further enhance the sense of social responsibility and mission,give play to the social effect of the new era of social sports instructor team.
